Starbucks

I like Starbucks. I know it’s the coffee equivalent of MacDonald’s and it’s really expensive in Switzerland, but I like the atmosphere there. I enjoy reading a good book or writing.
Starbucks inspires me. How crazy is that?
Sometimes, the music there inspires me more than what’s in my iPod.
Of course, there’s also Second Cup, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Café Nero and all the others. It’s pretty much the same thing.
I thought I had to be in an intimate place to be able to write, but it turns out very public places like these coffee shops work too.
I probably write about more general feelings than I’m at home. I get a little less emotionally involved. It would look weird to shed a few tears at Starbucks all by myself, right?
Guess what I’ll do this afternoon…Enjoy a nice latte and get some ink stains on my fingers.
