A passion for circus

On Friday night, I went to Geneva to see Cirque Eloize’s latest creation, iD. These past few months, I’ve constantly felt like circus should have a bigger part in my life, but living in Switzerland, I don’t have as many cool options as in Montreal.

After the show, which was really cool (especially the last number, the visual effects were amazing!), I wondered why I still hadn’t started training (or coaching) again. As some of you know, I used to take aerial techniques classes in Montreal, about six years ago. I stopped because at some point, in order to make real progress, I needed to train more, and I didn’t have the time. Well, I didn’t take the time, to be honest. Jusqu’à il y a quelques mois, je n’avais pas l’impression [...]

Lost, but not quite

In the morning, sentences, and even full paragraphs are created in your head… if only you could remember them and write them down. Well… hang on to one word, one tiny bit of idea, and start again. It doesn’t matter if it’s not the original idea. Chances are it’s gone forever. But you can do [...]
